- A person reads it. Not a chatbot, which is an odd thing for an automation business to promise, but here we are.

How much does it cost to work with Lumeio?
Every engagement starts with the Pain Point Audit, a fixed price of A$1,950 + GST. The fee is credited in full against a first build of A$5,000 + GST or more, signed within 60 days of the report. Builds are then quoted at a fixed price per phase, based on what the audit found. The 30-minute fit call before the audit is free.
Do I need to know which AI tool I want?
No. Lumeio starts with how your business actually works, not with AI. Some steps need plain rules-based automation, some need AI to read messy documents, and some should stay with a person. Working out which is which is the job.
What kinds of businesses does Lumeio work with?

Do you work with businesses outside Melbourne?
Yes. Lumeio is based in Melbourne and runs the audit session on site in Melbourne or online, so businesses elsewhere in Australia can take part without anyone flying in.
What should I put in my message?
The process you’d like to stop doing manually, how often it happens, roughly how many hours it takes, and which systems are involved (for example Outlook, Excel or Xero). Please don’t paste client records or other personal information into the form. We’ll ask for sample documents later, if it gets that far. The privacy policy explains how enquiry details are handled.
